Every Friday this summer, we prepare something in the smoker. You never know what it may be. Our last adventure was smoked shrimp and it was yummmmmy.

- 1 lb uncooked shrimp
- 1 lemon Juice only
- 1/2 cup Butter One Stick Melted
- 1 tbls Garlic Powder
Place Shrimp on cooking sheet. Pour melted butter over the shrimp. Squeeze lemon over the shrimp. Sprinkle the garlic powder over shrimp
We use an electric smoker that has been pre-heated to 225 with apple wood chips. Place your shrimp in for 15-20 minutes or until your uncooked shrimp turn a pretty pink color. Enjoy!
