I haven’t been blogging regularly for one simple reason…. I’m super busy. The studio is booked up through June now. I start to catch up and then get more projects. Very thankful but phew I’m in need for V-A-C-A-T-I-O-N. Don’t you fret though I have over 6000 images waiting to be organized and shared. 6000 oh boy. Let’s start off nice and easy with some around the cottage this spring pics.
Nutmeg is looking adorable as always. Doesn’t she look like she’s been painted.
We’re trying to get ourselves back into shape too. Which means eating healthier… Roll eyes. So sick of eating healthy but it’s good for me right? And I need to do it…. Doctor’s orders. So that means watching calories moving more. In doing so we’re trying out Blue Apron this week. Hopefully, this will cut out our last minute meal planning if we get caught working late in the studio. Above is my vegetarian taco meat. MMMM doesn’t it look yummy blended onion, mushroom and eggplant with olive oil baked then saute with taco seasoning. MMMM I feel you’re jealousy over my menu.
Found a surprise hyacinth in the yard. Nothing says spring like a hyacinth.
There’s a lot of plants coming into the garden this spring. This is by far my favorite box. Can’t wait to share what we have in store for this year’s garden. It’s starting to feel like more me outside already.
Tax season is over thankfully for my sanity and my poor yard. For some reason clients felt the need to drive in our wet clay yard. If they didn’t get stuck then they left with the ruts in our yard to show where they drove. Yes, we had tow trucks have to come out and pull people out. When my parent’s tree fell in a wind storm we had the wood delivered to our home and I said just drop it around the curve just to keep people out. It’s been rolled and the wood is now stacked.
I’ll leave you tonight with Sawyer the snuggler. Come on, he’s like a real big teddy bear!
Ok! Promise my blog posts we’ll become more structured. Got it get back on track somewhere!
