It was 80 degrees at 7:00 pm on May 7th, not big news if you live in Arizona but super exciting if you live in the polar vortex of Western New York. After work we went to my parents for a swim and made Veggie Butter Toss. Bruce hopped on his new mower and I created this delectable yum. You’ll see I’m real precise about things 😉
The key is to get great products that our fresh. Our pantry is packed with great local food. Chicken is from our local butcher Fresh Cut Meats where Bruce’s sister works, Barb. Borsari Foods seasoning made here in Chautauqua County is a client of mine. Chiavetas is a Buffalo Tradition for Chicken. Then all our veggies I wish were from our garden but we have a couple of months for that so we shop at Brigottas. Local goodness you really can’t go wrong. My advice shop local and make something wonderful with what’s around you.
