- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Butter
- 1-1/2 tbs Vanilla
- 1 oz Unsweetened Chocolate melted
- 2-1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Cocoa
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 6 oz Dark Chocolate Chips
Heat oven to 375.
Lightly grease cookie sheets or use parchment paper.
In large bowl, beat 1/2 cup powdered sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and chocolate; blend well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup.
At low speed, blend in flour and salt. Stir in chocolate chips by hand. Shape dough into 1" balls and place on prepared cookie sheets
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes and let cool completely.
In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup powdered sugar & cocoa. Roll cooled cookies in mixture.
