- 2 oz Feta Cheese Room Temperature
- 2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Tarragon
- 3 shakes Borsari Citrus Seasoing
- 2 Large Tomatos Sliced
- 1/4 cup Black Olives Sliced
- 1 tbsp Parsley Chopped
Place Goat Cheese, White Wine Vinegar and Olive Oil in a small food processor until blended. Add Tarragon and Borsari Citrus Seasoning and blend a second more.
Slice tomatoes and arrange on platter. Drizzle dressing on tomatoes and sprinkle sliced olives and parsley over tomatoes.
