A little snippet of our Labor Day Weekend and I decided to give you a little soundtrack for our great fall weather. This is by far my favorite season! I love the crispness of the leaves in the wind. The smell of fall all the yellows, golds, burnt umbers and deep purples.
|We played a little Trivial Pursuit on Bruce’s Ipad which I won 🙂
Although Bruce and I lost at Bocce.
I only won at Corn Hole because my dad is my partner.
Bruce and I lost badly to my grandparents.
Denny’s giraffe partook in the festivities.
Belle was at her post standing guard
Stylish? No. Too cold for cuteness. My mom made a big ham for dinner. It was super chilly.
Can you hear the crackle of the fire?
Grandpa stoking the fire.
My mom “patiently” waiting for the fireworks to begin.
She didn’t have to wait long.
45 minutes of booms!
and ohhs and ahhhs
I love Labor Day at My Parents.
|After the fireworks, Bruce, my mom and I were courageous and went into the woods in the dark
and got spooked.
We played with Bruce’s Ipad and got to find lots of constellations and Jupiter. Truly amazing!
Hope you all had a great weekend. Now back to work everyone!
