We’re almost complete with our Outdoor Room Paint Project and Studio. I went back and forth between two colors for the studio for about a year. Granite Peek or Storm Cloud. I went with storm cloud because I chickened out of the dark color. I wanted the grey weathered look of a nantucket shingle… so the lighter color worked well for my vision. Although, it resembles a certain someone’s eye color and sometimes reminds me of a blueberry smoothie. Next phase of the project is getting stone laid for our outdoor room and putting up some new beams to hold the roof… and let’s not forget fixing the damage from the Carpenter Bees which I will share with you down the road. So much fun, I bring back my year of tennis swatting at bees. At any rate here’s the paint progress. I still have one more side to go. Now imagine some white shutters and maybe some cute flower boxes. Do you see it? Or is it just me.
